Holiday Cabin

Our holiday cabin provided an affordable holiday option for foster families. Foster families tend to be larger in size and finding affordable holiday accommodation, especially during school holidays, is incredibly difficult. The holiday cabin allowed these larger families to have a holiday, encouraging family bonding and providing a sense of normality to children and young people living in foster care.

Sadly in 2020 we had to say goodbye to our holiday cabin.  Despite being incredibly popular with fostering families the local council prohibited the use of the caravan for the purpose we intended.  Here at Foster Care Angels, we are proud of our ability to think outside the box and provide unique support services.  While we are sad to see our cabin go we are determined to move forward and continue to identify gaps in the support services provided to fostering families.
